Order Policy

Order Submission Requirements：

• When placing an order, please accurately fill in information such as vehicle model, configuration, quantity, delivery address, and contact information. Incorrect information may lead to order delays or transaction failures. Please double - check before submission.

Order Confirmation Process：

• After you submit the order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm order details, price, and payment method. The order will officially take effect upon receiving your final confirmation.

Payment Methods and Deadlines：

• We support various payment methods such as telegraphic transfer and letter of credit. After the order is confirmed, the down payment (the specific proportion is subject to the contract) must be paid within 3 working days, and the balance should be settled before vehicle delivery.

Cancellation Policy

No - reason Cancellation Period：

• Before the order enters the production or preparation stage (usually within 48 hours after order confirmation), you can cancel the order without giving a reason, and the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancellation due to Non - our Reasons：

• If the order is canceled after preparation due to reasons on your side (such as financial problems, requirement changes, etc.), 20% of the paid amount will be deducted as liquidated damages, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

Cancellation due to Our Reasons：

• If we are unable to fulfill the order due to reasons such as inventory shortages or production issues on our side, we will refund the full paid amount and provide compensation equivalent to 10% of the order amount to safeguard your rights and interests.
